1. Program Overview

The Divine Fitness Health Coaching Program empowers clients to create sustainable health habits through personalized coaching, fitness integration, and evidence-based strategies. Grounded in the ACE (American Council on Exercise) behavior-change model, this program blends fitness training, nutrition guidance, and motivational coaching to help clients manage chronic conditions, lose weight, increase energy, and build long-term wellness.

2. Medical Health & Fitness Assessment

All participants begin with a comprehensive intake and baseline evaluation, designed to provide a full picture of their health status.

Assessments include

  • Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire (medical history, medications, stress, sleep, nutrition habits)
  • Vital Signs & Biometrics (blood pressure, heart rate, BMI, waist-to-hip ratio, body fat %)
  • Physical Fitness Testing
    • Cardiorespiratory endurance test (e.g., 3-Minute Step Test or Rockport Walk Test)
    • Muscular strength & endurance (push-up test, wall sit, etc.)
    • Flexibility assessment (sit-and-reach or shoulder mobility)
    • Functional movement screening
  • Readiness to Change Evaluation (ACE’s Coaching Stages of Change model)
  • SMART Goal Setting Session

Each client receives a personalized wellness plan based on their results and readiness level.
